Doctrinal Statement of Dr. David L. Brown

I believe in one God revealed as existing in three equal Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

I believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I believe the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person. He is a person distinct from the Father and from the Son.

I believe that through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, so that death passed unto all men, for that "all have sinned."

I believe in the death, burial and literal, bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, mans' only true Substitute; and that His vicarious death and shed blood is the finished propitiation for the sin and guilt of all who trust Him.

I believe that men are justified by faith alone, and are accounted righteous before God only because of the merit of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I believe in the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost.

I believe it to be the responsibility of the believers in the Lord Jesus Christ to make His Gospel known to all men.

I believe the King James Bible is God's preserved Word for English Speaking People because of accurate translation of the underlying Hebrew/Aramaic Masoretic Text and the Greek Received Text, and therefore maintains all the authority and power that God placed on and in His Word(s).
